Zionsville is located in the southeast area of Boone County, Indiana in Eagle Township.  According to the 2010 census, Zionsville’s population was 14,760.  Known to many as a tourist attraction area, the downtown area is a popular place with Main Street being the central location.  Main Street is surrounded by several shops and restaurants to enjoy!  Main Street is designed to be a central location for visitors from outside communities to be able to come and shop on foot and enjoy the “village like” surroundings.  

Zionsville hosts an annual Fourth of July fireworks show, by the Lion’s Club.  This seasonal attraction provides a gathering place for people from all over the state of Indiana.  Setting their fireworks show apart from most communities, Zionsville provides concerts before the show and there is no music incorporated into the display.  Another popular event in Zionsville is the Fall Festival.  This festival held for one weekend in September offers a parade featuring local athletic teams, followed by rides, games, food, and fun!
